Following general rules for the hotel industry apply:

• Cancellation free of charge up to 3 months before arrival.
• Cancellation within 3 months to 1 month before arrival: 40% of the price.
• Cancellation within 1 month to 1 week before arrival: 70% of the price.

Cancellation within the last week before arrival will be charged at 90 % of the total price.

For cancellations, late arrivals or early departures the rules of the Austrian hotel contract terms apply. Cancellations up to 3 months before arrival are free of charge, cancellations within 3 months to 1 month before arrival will be charged with 40 % of the total price and cancellations from 1 month to 1 week before arrival with 70 %. Within the last week before arrival and in case of late arrivals or early departures we will charge you 90 % of the total price, if the room cannot be rented to another person.
